The Lodge has a well kept garden full of summer flowers, and fruit trees. There is also an outdoor barbeque for use beside the pool complex overlooking the park towards the River Broom.
Infront of the hall sits the lower sheep grazing grounds cascading away towards the river Broom, and on the far side a forested valley in front of the lodge. This provides a great view from the lodge.
